Claiming PDUs

Continuing Certification Requirements Reporting Forms

Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Program Management Professional (PgMPSM) credential holders must track and report Professional Development Units (PDUs) as they earn them.

Visit Claim/View My PDUs to report the PDUs you have earned or to view your transcript and confirm your PDUs have posted. It may take up to three weeks for a reported activity to post to your transcript.

Visit My Certification Records to review your certification status and see how many PDUs you have accumulated.

You may submit PDUs up to 12 months after the expiration date of the cycle in which you completed the activities. All of the required PDUs must be completed and reported no later than your cycle's expiration date to avoid credential suspension.

If you are unable to report PDUs online, you can download a fillable pdf Continuing Certification Requirements Activity Reporting Form which is currently only available to our membership. Once completed you can Send it to:

PMI/CCR Records Office

The following sections will walk you through the steps required to claim your PDUs.  If you click on the small images below a larger image will be displayed to give you a more accurate depiction of what you will see on the PMI site.

To begin claiming your PDUs, you must first log into the PMI website by clicking here or typing the following URL into your browser http://tel.occe.ou.edu/pmi/PMI_Member/PDUlogin.php3.

Once at this page their are a few critical pieces of information you will need to have available to you.  First, your PMI ID (This is the same ID you use to log into this site).

The next piece and very critical to ensure you are properly credited is your PMP number.  This unique number is located on each individual's PMP certificate. It is listed as the "Certification Number" and is used to identify individual certifications.  Please ensure you have this correct!  Next, follow the instructions on the page for your password.

Finally, you will need to select PMI PDU Self Report Form to claim PDUs.  Once you have completed this information simply click the Log in button.

Now that you are in, the next step is simple.  Just decide which category you want to claim.

If it is for one of our Webinars, simply select Category 3 - Registered Education Provider/PMI Component Event.

If you have become a volunteer and want to claim for your efforts simply select Category 5 - Volunteer Service.  We will show you how to update this as part of your volunteer engagement.

For now we will continue with Category 3.  Simply click continue.

This next page looks more complicated than it really is.  This is the search page and it has 3 options for you to choose from.

Simply type in S032 in Option 3 and click Get Programs for this Provider.

Note: the code is S as in Sam, 0 as in zero, 32.

This page will bring up a list of eBusiness SIG courses and if you attended one of them simply select it.

However, if you are claiming for one of the Webinars simply click on the button with 1 to 2 PDU Event.

Now we are finally at the page where we put the key data to ensure you are properly credited for your course.

First a couple pieces of personal data need to be added, your email and phone number.

Next is the Course or Event Title and this is where you will put the title of the Webinar you attended.

Next is the Start and Activity Date for Webinars these will be the same date you reviewed the webinar.

Next is a drop down for PDUs, unless otherwise stated all webinars are 1 PDU.

Next you will select whether the course met all of its stated objectives or not. Honesty will help ensure quality products are presented in the future.

And the last thing you need to do is to click on the I Agree button to attest that the information you provided is accurate.

Then simply click the preview button.

You have reached the final step in this process.

Review your data to ensure it is correct and then simply click Finalize Submission to submit your PDU.

If there are errors simply click on the Go back to Previous Page button and correct the errors.
