The EBSIG Board of Directors (BOD) is made up a unique group of individuals from diverse industry groups and differing backgrounds. Each board member serves a two-year term (designated by class years) and is responsible for, and aligned to, a functional area. Typically, a board member, (usually a vice-chair of a functional area), is replaced by a Managing Director that acts as their aide that covers the corresponding functional area under the out-going board member's tutelage.
The BOD endeavors to meet the needs of our community in a professional, ethical and timely manner.
- Nurture new and emerging ideas, thoughts, and concepts that may be different from traditional project management
- Provide a community that shares their experiences, knowledge and passes on tangible skills to the next generation of project managers
- Achieve high-levels of member satisfaction by fostering sense of community and providing solid project management content

Michael L. Roberts, PMP®
Chair

Sr. Manager, Software Engineering Development Management Fidelity Web Technology Group
Michael is a PMI Certified PMP and is a Senior Manager with over 27 years of Project Management experience, 20 years of government service and over 7 years in the Financial industry. He holds a BS in Information Systems Management and a BA in Business Management.
His project management experience include, closing down two military installations, a variety of logistics projects and over 10 years of IT project management. Upon retirement from the U.S. Navy, Michael entered the financial industry and has handled over 15 online banking mergers and was the Lead Project Manager for the development of the eBusiness infrastructure for a top ten financial institution. His portfolio includes a variety of technology implementations for insurance, mortgage, banking, international trade and online banking.

Besides a PMP, Dave holds 2 master's degrees including an MBA from Xavier University. Bryan Serinese, PMP
Vice Chair of Communications
Bryan has over 15 years experience managing internet based projects and programs. Currently, he manages the e-business efforts for the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD), the 6th largest public utility in the US. He is responsible for identifying customer needs, planning projects, and assisting in the marketing and promotion of all SMUD has to offer its customers online. Prior to working at SMUD, Bryan has developed e-business strategies and communication and training plans for Intel and a few dotcoms.
Originally from the East Coast, he graduated from Villanova University and earned a Masters in English from Boston College and an MBA from California State University at Sacramento. In addition to his work at SMUD, Bryan occasionally teaches written and oral communications classes at the University of Phoenix and is the VP of Communications for the Sacramento Valley chapter of the Amercian Marketing Association. With the rest of his spare time, Bryan enjoys time with his family and tries to get out on his very fuel-efficient sailboat.

Chad Cook, PMP

Chad has been actively involved in web development and eCommerce since 1995, where he began by helping develop the first website for the Idaho Attorney General's office. He has managed eBusiness projects and internet strategy for Fortune 500 companies in the Automotive, Travel, Pharmaceutical, and Finance industries. Most recently he directed the development of complex datawarehouses to house and manage manage digital marketing data from Search Engines, Various online advertising sources, and site side web analytics programs creating business intelligence reporting systems for his clients.
Chad holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and recieved his bachelors degree from Brigham Young University. Chad hikes and skis the mountains around Salt Lake City, Utah with his wife and four children.

Ira Asher Greenberg, PMP®
Vice Chair of Finance

Ira is an Advanced Project Manager and Lead Consultant who has endeavored to provide effective project and operation management experience across numerous industries for over 26 years.
His experience includes developing strategic initiatives for an enhanced energy production firm start-up; strategic planning for the real estate assets of a regional telecom; supporting logistical and maintenance for grain transportation operations; analyzing the finances and economics in the real estate, telecom, and banking industries; designing and implementing cost effective, process improving Real Estate IT solutions … and proficient applying spreadsheet, word processing, graphics, relational database, ERP and project management software. More recently deployed Payment Card Industry compliant security solutions for both infrastructure and applications.
He has completed Post graduate study in Total Quality Management and Six Sigma methodology, has a MBA from the University of Denver, Bachelor of Science Degree from Pennsylvania State University. He holds his PMP certification since 2000, Six Sigma Green Belt certified and for Six Sigma training since 2003, and has been a Certified Due Diligence Leader since 2004. Ira is a member of Microsoft Project Association, the Chicago Chapter of PMI and the PMO SIG.

Mansoor is a PMI Certified PMP and is a management consultant with over 12 years of information technology experience in project management, business analysis, and solution development. Currently as an Enterprise Architect he is supporting the strategic initiatives at US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in transforming the agency in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the agency mission.
He holds bachelor’s degree in computer science from the George Mason University, as well as an MBA from American University.

Per Stridh, PMP®
Vice Chair of Professional Development

Peter has 15 years of experience in Project Management and has been actively involved in business transformation projects in over ten countries. He has held senior leadership roles at some of IBM's largest international outsourcing projects, as well as E-business projects. His responsibilities have included change management,processes, training, as well as all technical platforms. Prior work experiences include consulting projects with larger international retail banks, such as Chase and ING.
He holds an MBA from Henley Management College in the UK and a MSc in Computer and Systems Sciences from the Royal Technical High school of Stockholm. He is currently working as a Senior Consultant for Southern California Edison, responsible for Change Management and Training Strategy for IT-projects, and he is also a doctoral student in Business Administration at Argosy University.

Ushnish Sengupta

Ushnish Sengupta is a project manager with experience from the Energy, Financial, Media and Healthcare industries. Projects completed by Ushnish have included Nuclear Facility design, Property and Casualty Insurance information systems, Consumer and Professional Web Portals, Content Management systems, and Customer Relationship Management systems.
He has a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Toronto. Ushnish's current focus is managing healthcare information system projects.
